Property Management/Caretaking
Whether you spend part of the year in another location or own more than one home in the area, knowing that your properties are well taken care of when you’re not available is important. Pro31 Cleaning Solutions offers property management/caretaking services to provide that peace of mind.
We’ll check on your home on a regular weekly basis to make sure everything is okay. When inclement weather hits, we’ll do an extra check to confirm no damage has been done. You’ll receive a property report each time we visit, so you always know how your house is doing.
Rental Management
Managing a rental property can be a full-time job. Keeping your listings current, corresponding with renters, scheduling reservations, and dealing with the financial side of things all take time. Let Pro31 Cleaning Solutions do it for you.
When you utilize our rental management services in Mount Desert Island, we’ll list your rental on our website and can also list it on Airbnb and HomeAway. We’ll handle all dealings with prospective renters, all scheduling, and all finances.
Professional Laundry Service
Are you overwhelmed with your family’s laundry? If so, then Pro31 Cleaning has you covered. Drop your laundry off at our office, or we’ll pick it up and return it to you within 24 hours. Our laundry service costs are: $2.00 per pound for drop off service, and $2.25 per pound for delivery service. For commercial clients, contact us for pricing and details.
Dry Cleaning Service
For items that need special attention, we offer dry cleaning services. You can drop your items off to us, or we will pick them up and return them to you. Our dry cleaning services have a five to seven-day turnaround.
